Meeting of the Class Chairs (Virtual)

Chairs from each class review and approve goals for the year.

Training and Preparation Period

Conference calls take place to brief correspondents on the goals for the year and to provide tips and strategy ideas for solicitations.

September

Mail Solicitation from Correspondents

Correspondents select letter template; printed and prepared by Office of Development; package sent to correspondent to personalize, sign and mail.
Mail parties hosted in various locations for correspondents to sign letters and mail out.

October

FALL PHONATHON COMMENCES (students call, not Correspondents)

FALL PHONATHON CONCLUDES

Email Solicitation from Correspondents

Holiday greetings message with reminder for tax-deductible gift.
Includes class specific update on progress following the big fall push

January

Centre Associates Dinner

Correspondents who are Centre Associates encouraged to touch base with their Associate prospects regarding their attendance.

February

Meeting of the Class Chairs (Virtual)

Chairs from each class report on progress year-to-date.

SPRING PHONATHON COMMENCES (students call, not Correspondents)

SPRING PHONATHON CONCLUDES

Conference calls take place with correspondents to review progress for the year and to discuss strategy ideas for final spring push in May/June.
